Yes. I can step in as an event producer or day-of manager.

Do you travel for events?
Absolutely. I travel for work across the U.S. and internationally.
Are you able to work under NDA or with high-profile guests?

How do I know if working with me is right for your business?
If you’re overwhelmed by administrative tasks, spinning plates, or losing time to emails, scheduling, or routine follow-ups, I can step in. I support founders, executives, and event leaders who need consistent, high-quality help — without hiring a full-time employee. I help create flow in your operations so you can stay focused on the work that actually moves you forward.
What kinds of tasks can I take off your plate?
I tailor support to your needs. I can:
Manage inboxes, calendars, proposals, and client communication
Create content calendars and Social Media Lite content support
Assist with research, organization, spreadsheets, and CRM management
Prepare documents, checklists, and recurring workflows
I adapt to what you need and what works best for you!
How will you benefit from working with me?
I help you:
Reclaim time and mental bandwidth
Reduce stress and backlog
Stay organized and consistent
Maintain momentum on projects and priorities
Delegate without having to train a full-time employee
How do I help you get the most value out of working with me?
I set you up with structure from day one. I help you clarify what needs to be delegated, what success looks like, and what cadence of support will keep things moving.
What happens if you don’t use all your hours?
My support is designed to ebb and flow with your workload. If it looks like we may go slightly over your allotted hours, I’ll notify you first. With your approval and provided I have the bandwidth, I’ll continue the work and simply bill the additional time. Hours do not roll into the next month, but I track usage closely during onboarding so we can right-size the plan if needed.
How do I get up to speed on your business?
I’m experienced, proactive, and a quick study. We can onboard in whichever way works best for you:
A live walkthrough call
A recorded screen share
Existing SOPs, notes, or checklists
Or I can create structure where none exists
If I ever need clarification, I will ask — you won’t have to chase me.
How do we communicate day-to-day?
I keep communication simple and streamlined. Most clients work with me via email or through a shared communication log in Google Sheets, Asana, or Airtable. We establish one primary channel so nothing gets missed and updates stay in one place.
Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?
Yes. I routinely work with high-profile clients and am comfortable signing NDAs. Discretion and confidentiality are built into how I work.
Do you handle urgent or time-sensitive requests?
This service is not designed for urgent or last-minute needs. You are always welcome to ask if something urgent comes up, and if I have the availability I will help, but urgent turnaround is not guaranteed. My work is best suited for planned, ongoing task and project management rather than time-critical requests.
How do you handle shifting priorities or changes in direction?
I expect priorities to evolve — especially in executive and event work. I stay flexible, ask clarifying questions when needed, and adjust the task plan so we stay aligned with what matters most right now.

What does “Social Media Production” mean in your services?
I support the planning, structure, and creation side of social media — not the daily management. I help you build calendars, generate ideas, create light graphics, outline campaigns, and repurpose content so you can show up online with consistency and intention.
Do you post on behalf of clients or manage comments/DMs?
No. I do not handle daily posting, engagement, or inbox management. My role is to support the content strategy and production work behind the scenes so you or your team can publish with clarity and ease.
What platforms do you support?
I create content plans and production support for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Threads. The strategy and content approach can be adapted based on where your audience lives.
Can you help if I don’t know what to post?
Yes, that’s exactly when people bring me in. I help brainstorm ideas, map content to business goals, repurpose what you already have, and build a structure so you’re never starting from a blank page.
Do you design graphics or templates?
Yes — I create simple, on-brand graphics, infographics, and Canva templates you can reuse for ongoing consistency.
Do you track performance or metrics?
Yes — I can track goals and basic performance indicators to help you see what’s working and refine your approach over time.
Can you help with campaigns or launches?
Yes, I can outline content for launches, events, or specific marketing pushes so your messaging is cohesive and strategically timed.
Is this service good for someone who wants to “hand off” all of social media?
No. My work is best for leaders who want support in planning and producing content — not someone to fully run, post, and manage their accounts.
